About Advanced Early Learning Westmead

At Advanced Early Learning, we implement Belonging, Being and Becoming – The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia. Through this framework, we build on children’s interests, knowledge, experience and background as individuals within the group.

We ensure routines are flexible so that children have time to learn and play, make choices and be co-constructors of their learning.

We create opportunities for children to engage in a variety of experiences that encompass all developmental and key learning areas.

We establish effective practices for evaluation and planning, identifying each child’s needs and interests.

At Advanced Early Learning We work in partnership with parents, inviting and welcoming families to be involved in our programming by working collaboratively with staff.

We respect that our educators possess the strengths, talents, experience, skills and interests to positively contribute to our programs.

We develop a trusting relationship with each child and their family.

Responsive learning relationships are strengthened as educators and children learn together and share decisions, respect and trust.

We value and build on children’s strengths, skills and knowledge to ensure they remain motivated and engaged in learning.

At Advanced Early Learning We acknowledge that children are capable and resourceful and are active contributors in their learning process.

We recognise that each child is unique and we value each child’s sense of self and individuality.

We encourage children to think, feel, ask and explore through positive and authentic interactions.

We provide welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments and opportunities for learning that enrich, stimulate, support and cater to every child.

Our educators are responsive to all children’s strengths, abilities and interests.

We highly recommend Advanced Early Learning to any parent looking for a loving and enriching place for their little ones!. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. The facilities are clean, safe and well-equipped with engaging activities. We migrated from New Zealand early this year and were anxious as to how our little one would settle. During our visit, the centre manager and teachers shared lot of information that helped us understand how it all works. We were excited with the facility walkthrough as it resembled how it was for my child back in NZ which filled us with confidence that our child would be in safe hands. 10 months down the line, my child thrived here making great friends and learning new things every day. I appreciate the daily updates and photos which keeps us connected to our child experiences. It is reassuring to know my child is in such good hand! Thank you team.
