24/7 Family Day Care Scheme

As a new family joining this childcare centre, we were hoping to feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.<br>While I understand that policies and regulations are important, I was disappointed that there was no attempt to contact me by phone to understand what had happened regarding our late pickup. Instead, I received emails that felt cold, impersonal, and lacked empathy. As a first-time incident, I believe a simple conversation to ask what had happened would have been a much more caring and respectful approach. I am highly disappointed with this centre and do not recommend parents to send their children here. Centres should cater to really understanding family needs and having a more welcoming presence.
