The Learning Sanctuary Kings Square Reviews

Removed my daughter as this centre is awful. On day 2 of joining, the educator complained that my daughter had weed on the rug, very surprising as she hadn't had an accident in 2 weeks, but also absurd that they think I care about their rug. Day 3 she was very upset at morning drop off, I counted six children standing in the play area crying and not one carer approaching them in the ten minutes I was there. I walked around trying to calm the little ones with my own daughter in my arms before asking myself what was I doing, then walking out the door with my daughter, never to return. Now I've received an email that one of the carers was arrested for assaulting children. HOW did they let this happen? Their response to ensure it won't happen again, was that the employee was stood down! No change in process or procedure. Don't bother contacting me Learning Sanctuary. This is just a warning to other parents.

The learning sanctuary kings square is by far the best child care service I have used. The team made sure my daughter was made comfortable from the start. She has developed so much through the active learning and engagement from all of the staff. It’s a personalised service that has great facilities, even better food and amazing people. Thank you to all of the team for taking such good care of my baby. Highly recommended.
