Montessori Academy’s Smithfield Child Care, Preschool, Day Care & Early Learning Centre delivers an exceptional Montessori Education Program for children aged 0 – 6 years in a long day care format. The Smithfield campus is conveniently located at 71 Oxford Street, Smithfield NSW 2164 near St Gertrude’s Catholic Primary School and is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm on week days. Our Smithfield Child Care Centre showcases four Montessori classrooms that are specifically designed to cater to the unique developmental needs and interests of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Each classroom offers a full suite of curated Montessori Materials that encourage children to explore the five Montessori Curriculum Areas, including: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language and Culture. Through hands-on learning experiences using the Montessori Materials, students develop foundational knowledge and skills through repetition and practice. Beyond the classroom, Montessori Academy’s Smithfield Early Learning Centre offers two vibrant outdoor play areas complete with fixed play equipment, slippery dip, mud kitchen and home corner, imaginative play area, gardens, veggie patch, gross motor activities, art and craft area, soccer field and sandpits. The seamless integration of engaging classrooms, and natural play spaces, offers children the ideal place to cultivate a life-long love of learning.
