They are great at selling their service and supposed activities. It’s all lie- they didn’t have a music program, they didn’t have Spanish classes, like many other activities they said they had and just didn’t. Complete false advertising to justify high childcare fees. What they do have is a huge staff turnover. Speaks volumes. Not to mention the children escaping and found outside the centre! They kicked out a 4.5 year old child, 2 months before beginning school because he was too active for them. They wanted meek children, who don’t exert any form of individuality and just sat there. So it’s easy for them. Zero school preparation and zero thought of a child who has issues with transitions. We were told by the centre in August that there were concerns about his activeness and requested us to engage all sorts of specialists. We did just as they asked. Took them a whole 6 weeks before they kicked him out (2 of those weeks we were on vacation), 2 months before school started. They just pretend to care about children, it’s all about their bottom line and easy money. Shame on you!!
