Mini Masterminds Rockdale

Miss Jaime our nominated supervisor has provided exceptional support and service to our new centre and staff. She recognise quickly their individual needs and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction. Beyond this and during times of transitions, she has kept efficient support to families, educators and deliver support to our needs. Miss Jaimee has successfully provided leadership role at Mini Masterminds Rockdale and has noticed an exceptional brightness in me as an Educator. Mini Masterminds is an exceptional centre as they provided support to families and educators, ensuring great communication skills are provided, commitment to families needs such as ensuring their needs of their child is provided, dietary requirements and ensuring our educators are on call at all times if they need to know how their child has went throughout the day. As an Educator, Miss Jaime and Mini Masterminds have noticed a brightness in me as a Room leader but also as an Educational leader of Mini masterminds, they have noticed the abilities I can provide throughout the centre and I am grateful to work in a company that notices our educators abilities to provide and lead a successful team.
