They take very good care of my 3yo son there, Oliver. The 1st time that I went there pick him up he was crying asking for his parents; and, I over reacted. They understood me and they were very supportive with me. I really appreciated it. I trust them with 33% of my treasure = my younger son. They have 5 stars by taking care of him. Having said that, they did everything wrong with the Centrelink rebates and transfered their errors to us. According the Kids First social worker, who negotiated directly with the YMCA for us, my son would have 26 weeks of special childcare benefits because of my wife's personal challenges. The YMCA Mernda, Crystal & Erika, didn't get the process right with Centrelink and started chasing her about it. I don't think that anybody would like to experience what they are doing with us. Now we are in a stage that we hired a lawyer.
