Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth at Guardian Childcare & Education Lane Cove. With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments including herb and vegetable gardens, an outdoor stage, a creek bed, water play areas, and a range of age-specific ateliers, children are encouraged to explore and learn. We are proud to have such a culturally diverse team of Educators and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays in our centre throughout the year. Children get out and about on excursions at least twice a week, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We have two lovely parks and a library within walking distance of the centre, so all age groups join in. Our on-site cook, Ken, prepares three nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the centre, Ken and our Educators host cooking classes for the children to get involved in to enhance their understanding of good nutrition.
