Exceed Early Education and Care

Dear Exceed Early Education and Care, I would like to first start my review by saying thank you, thank you for everything you have done for my little one Noah. He started in the sealions room with Miss Omima, Miss Chelsea and Miss Pooja who from the very beginning, our play dates were nothing but supportive, welcoming and informative. I have always been concerned about Noah and his ability to adapt to new environments, yet on our very first play date Miss Omima was the very first to welcome us. She greeted and acknowledged Noah and myself, introduced herself, showed us around the room and the guided Noah to a play space where he was happy for me to leave him. This being my first ever experience with Exceed had truely amazed me. The learning environments were set up, Noah was excited and me, I was nervous but these nerves were overcome by Miss Omima. Noah has always been anxious about new things, later on being diagnosed with anxiety, which every single educator was supportive through, listened to me cry and guided me through the transitions. Noah since had built a truely special bond with Miss Chelsea who every day asked “is Miss Chelsea going to see me today?” Which as a first time mum warmed my heart. Miss Chelsea was always transparent, understanding and offered her own experiences as a mum and a highly qualified educator. Miss Pooja, the room leader, always offered her support, offered feedback and informed me of Noah’s every single movement throughout the day. She was a vital part of him gaining his diagnosis, which if you have a child diagnosed with anything is difficult, but she was there for me as Noah’s educator and for this I truely thank her. Not only the educators in Noah’s room have been impactful on his learning, development and relationships but also Miss Jessica and Miss Shivani in the two older rooms have been nothing short of amazing. From Miss Jessica’s inviting energy to Miss Shivani’s calming effect, together they have assisted me in overcoming so many challenges with Noah. There is so much more that I have to say, but I could go on forever! So thank you to everyone who has been welcoming, inviting and informative. Thank you for loving my dear Noah as he navigated probably the most difficult time of his younger years, thank you for being nothing short of fantastic and loving Noah as he was your own. Thank you for being apart of Noah’s learning journey through Exceed, you are all truely amazing. Noah is still over the moon he “finally graduated little preschool and I’m going to Kindergarten” whilst me, I’m in denial. You will all be a vital part of our lives and are highly appreciated.
